anna.aero’s EURO ANNIE prizes return; airline and airport route development rewarded

A year has passed and it is again time for anna.aero to present our popular awards for the airlines and airports in Europe with the most impressive performance in route development. A lot of number crunching has gone into finding the winners, which win their award entirely based on objective merits, without any juries or voting involved. We have awarded four European airlines awards in three categories; Biggest New Airline, Airline with the Most New Routes and Flag Carrier with the Most New Routes. Biggest new airline Volotea Runner-up: WOW air It might not come as a major surprise that Volotea, which already has launched 13 routes and plans to launch a further 59 (!) by August, wins this prize.
